It all happened in the back of a hair salon on Sunset Boulevard near Kirby Drive around 1 a.m., where the couple’s car was parked, and police believe the robber followed them.

It was all caught on camera, where one of the surveillance videos shows a white car pulling into the parking lot.

Investigators said that friends were dropping off the unidentified man and woman at their car parked behind the hair salon.

Another car is then seen on another video following behind and stops in the street. Then a man appearing to wear a hoodie jumps out and runs in the same direction. The car waits and then moments later, you see that man running and jump back in that car as it speeds away.

Police say that the masked man robbed the couple and at some point, shot them both in the stomach.

“From what it appears they were followed, and they were robbed at the rear side of the business and was shot in the stomach,” Lt. Gutierrez with the Houston Police Department said.
