HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 77-year-old man last seen near the Katy area in western Harris County.
Eduviges Dominguez was last seen around 12:30 p.m. Monday on foot in the 5000 block of Evening Moon Ln.

He was last seen wearing a brown baseball cap, blue button-down shirt with a brown or cream-colored coat, blue jeans, and black shoes. He has a tattoo on his left forearm of a heart with an arrow piercing through the heart.
Authorities say Dominguez has been diagnosed with dementia and is in need of his medication.
