Authorities arrested two Harris County parents Tuesday after discovering their children were left unsupervised in a disheveled home while the couple went drinking at a bar.

“The children were found to be uninjured, but the home appeared dirty and in disarray with no precautions taken to ensure their safety and well-being,” said Constable Mark Herman.
Gyuricza and Broadway were charged with endangering a child and booked into the Harris County Jail.
In addition to the child endangerment charges, court records show Gyuricza was involved in a prior incident on Sept. 20, 2024, where he allegedly assaulted Broadway during a domestic dispute. According to court records, a protective order related to that incident was issued against Gyuricza on Nov. 19, the same day as his arrest for child endangerment.
Court and additional bond details were not immediately available.
