Investigators say the 53-year-old John Dyer—who was driving a gray Ford F-150 truck—spiraled into a destructive fit of road rage and intentionally rammed his truck into a victim’s vehicle and fired multiple shots. Multiple bullets hit the victim’s car and two other cars in front of the victim.

Deputies say after all that, Dyer was involved in a collision at the intersection.

No one was hurt during the shooting or the crashes.

Dyer was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He was taken to Montgomery County Jail and handed a $50,000 bond.
