Early Friday morning, investigators say officers were flagged down by a family member who told police a woman and her daughter were being held hostage at an apartment complex in the 12000 block of Richmond Avenue and Westminster Plaza Drive in Westchase. The family member also told officers Fisher was also inside the apartment.
When police got to the apartment, investigators say they found Fisher asleep on the couch, and the woman and child dead inside. According to police, the woman, 28, and child, 2, suffered multiple stab wounds.
Officers noted there was blood at the scene and on Fisher’s clothes. Fisher was detained and questioned by homicide investigators, where they later arrested and charged him with capital murder.
Fisher is currently in custody at the Harris County Jail, held on a $200,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, December 3.
