HOUSTON – A suspect previously identified by FBI Houston as ECAP John Doe 49 has been arrested in Texas.

Christopher Lynn Driskill was captured by agents from the FBI Dallas Field Office on Nov. 26. He is facing federal charges as investigators believe he may have information about a child victim in a case of sexual exploitation.

Driskill is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.

In early November, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) shared screenshots from a video believed to be produced on or before July 2024. The video lacks specific information for authorities to pinpoint the exact date it was made.

This case was part of the FBI’s Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) initiatives. Using clues from image analysis, Operation Rescue Me identifies children in child exploitation materials, while ECAP looks for adults involved.

John Doe 49 is described as a white male between 45 and 65 years old with a dark goatee. There are at least five visual tattoos on him: 197 followed by possibly more unknown text on his left bicep, and additional tattoos on his left and right forearms and right bicep.
