Photos have been released of a man accused of vandalizing a Houston mosque in August.
FBI Houston Field Office and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in the vandalism of the Baitus Samee Mosque in Houston.

The incident happened on Aug. 14 around 2:37 p.m.
According to authorities, a man walked into the mosque compound, located at 1333 Spears Rd., and sprayed offensive words in black graffiti written in Urdu.
Investigators said the suspect parked a damaged silver Honda Accord at a nearby gas station before walking to the mosque. The car’s distinct appearance could help in identifying the person.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to the suspect’s identification and arrest.
