Cornerback Devin Sanchez has been one of the most heavily recruited players in the class. A consensus 5-star recruit, Sanchez ranked as the No. 5 player in the nation, the No. 2 player in Texas and the No. 1 cornerback in the ‘25 class according to 247Sports. After verbally committing to Ohio State back in January, Sanchez stuck with his choice and signed with the Buckeyes.
Linebacker Charles Ross also signed his letter of intent today. A 4-star recruit, Ross was ranked as the No. 42 player in the country, the No. 12 player in Texas and the No. 2 linebacker in the ‘25 class according to 247Sports. Like Sanchez, Ross stuck to his original choice and committed to LSU, where he had been verbally committed since March.
The second North Shore 4-star recruit to commit today was Quanell X Farrakhan Jr., the son of Houston-based activist Quanell X. A wide receiver, Farrakhan Jr. was ranked as the 37th wide receiver in the ‘25 class and the 43rd player in the State of Texas on 247Sports. He committed to play at Colorado.

- OT Jordan Fields (Pittsburgh)
