SH-288 southbound near Juliff-Manvel Road has reopened following cleanup efforts after a hazmat spill caused by an 18-wheeler crash early Wednesday morning.

The incident initially led to partial closures, impacting the right shoulder, left lane, and right lane, creating significant delays for drivers in the area.

Emergency crews worked through the morning to manage the spill and clear the roadway.

Authorities have not reported any injuries related to the crash. Drivers are now able to travel through the area, but caution is still advised.
