East Houston – Houston Fire Department is investigating a house fire in East Houston.
Fire crews were called to a home on Owens St. and Fidelty St. at 3:45 a.m.

Fire officials said two children safely escaped the home. Despite difficulties with the water supply due to the fire hydrant’s location, crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
