Now, a week before Christmas, the family has a new fence provided by a KPRC 2 viewer who heard the family’s story.
The Berry’s said Joey Martinez reached out after seeing KPRC 2′s report and offered to repair their fence for free.

Martinez said he doesn’t want to pass judgment on the previous company but said the actions of one hurt the confidence of the industry.
“I’m not here to judge anybody. I don’t know what the circumstances are or why the contractor didn’t complete the project,” he said. “Like I said, I’m just here to help somebody out.”
