Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office is searching for 73-year-old Cortwright Quinland, who was last seen near Falls Church Drive in North Harris County on January 2, 2025.
Quinland, who has dementia, was walking away from his home when he disappeared.

He was on foot and wearing a blue hat, gray jacket, and gray pants. He is approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
Family members are concerned for Quinland’s safety due to his medical condition.
