Shoplifter tries bribing Harris Co. Pct. 4 deputy with ‘sexual acts and cash’ to avoid jail time

HOUSTON – A shoplifter who tried to sweet talk and seduce her way out of jail still found herself behind bars.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said his deputies were called to the Ulta Beauty store on North Freeway on Thursday. That’s where they found Cheheiry Villalobos-Santoyo, 30, who was hiding $186 worth of merchandise

The Harris County DA’s Office accepted the theft charges and a male officer was taking her to jail.

During the ride investigators said Villalobos-Santoyo tried bribing the deputy by “offering sexual acts and cash in exchange to be let go.”

Despite her efforts, she was booked in the Harris County Jail on theft and bribery charges. They have not set a court date for her at this time.
