SPRING, Texas – A woman is behind bars and facing her third DWI charge Tuesday after investigators in Harris County said she hit a mailbox and a house during the winter storm.
Constable Mark Herman with Precinct 4 said his deputies were called to Smoke Rock Drive and Cranberry Trail after a witness followed the unidentified drunk driver.
When officers found the driver, they found she was intoxicated and took her to a local hospital.
After she is medically cleared, Constable Herman said the woman will be booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated for a third time.
