Man wielding stick shot after approaching another man at American Legion Hall in Crosby

CROSBY, Texas – A man has been taken to a hospital after authorities say he was shot at the American Legion Hall in Crosby.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the incident happened at the hall located at 14890 Crosby-Lynchburg Road.

The preliminary information is that a man entered the premises allegedly wielding the stick and approached another man.

At that point, the second man retrieved a pistol and shot the man with the stick.

The wounded man was transported to a hospital. Other details are limited at this time.
