HOUSTON – A Feb. 20 traffic stop led to the arrest of two suspects and the seizure of illegal drugs, stolen firearms, and over $54,000 in cash.
A Harris County Constable Precinct 4 sergeant pulled over a vehicle in the 14700 block of Woodland Hills Drive after noticing the smell of marijuana. During a search, deputies say they found prescription drugs, including Carisoprodol, Alprazolam, and Hydrocodone.

The driver, Larry Wiley, who was on parole for a previous drug charge, and his passenger, Markesha Ross, were both arrested. A search of their home in the 12100 block of Drummond Maple Drive uncovered even more drugs, including Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam, along with marijuana and $19,726 in cash.
Deputies also found three stolen firearms, one of which had been taken from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Both Wiley and Ross face multiple charges related to drug possession and distribution. Bond details have not been released.
