ICE called Harris Co. Pct. 4 constable deputies to help respond to narcotics call

HOUSTON – There’s a heavy police presence in northwest Harris County after officials with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) called Precinct 4 deputies to assist in serving a warrant for a narcotics call.

Details are limited as it’s an active scene, but Constable Mark Herman took to social media saying ICE was trying to serve a warrant for a man wanted for drug-related charges.

Investigators were called to Memory Lane near Airline, where the man ran away once ICE arrived. A perimeter has since been established in the area and K9 units were deployed to assist.
