More than three decades after Jackie Foster was found murdered near Port Arthur, Texas, investigators are hoping a higher reward will generate new leads in the cold case.
The Texas DPS is offering an increased reward of $6,000 for information leading to an arrest in the 1990 murder of Foster.

Foster, 29, was last seen at a truck stop in Cisco, Texas, on Sept. 6, 1990, before her body was discovered two days later in a drainage canal near Port Arthur. Her case remains unsolved.
The increased reward is available only if the tip is submitted before the next featured Texas Rangers cold case is announced. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online.
