Nine agencies helped put out the fire.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

“Right now, we do know the fire started in the west wing of the building,” said Chief Wesley Cole with the Northwest Volunteer Fire Department. “It’s going to be a little bit before we can really investigate because of the structural integrity.”

Aldine ISD closed the school last year.
