“Whether you only have one cone a year, or if you have one cone every day of the year, make sure to stop at Dairy Queen to get a free cone featuring our world-famous DQ soft serve. For the kids and the kids at heart, Free Cone Day at Dairy Queen is certainly a day worth celebrating,” the company’s website read.
Customers can pick up their dessert at any DQ location, except mall locations. However, they are limited to one dessert per customer.
Free cone day at DQ comes nearly a month after KPRC 2 Investigates reported that more than 20 Texas locations were shutting down.
