Brian Schoeneman, 51, has been charged with stalking after reportedly making repeated contact with the Buzbee family and firm.

Records show that Schoeneman made multiple phone calls to the firm, at one point threatening to bring down the 73rd floor where the firm is located. Buzbee and his staff stated that they fear for their lives due to the ongoing harassment.

After Buzbee and his firm turned over evidence of the stalking, a Harris County deputy spoke to Schoeneman and warned him to stop contacting Buzbee and his employees. Schoeneman reportedly told the deputy he would stop but insisted he needed to reach out one more time. The deputy noted that he believes Schoeneman is suffering from mental health issues.

Despite the warning, Schoeneman continued making multiple calls to the firm, reportedly stating that Buzbee was “going down” if he didn’t “fix things.” He also threatened that if Buzbee failed to act, “all of Texas will go,” and he would walk away.

Schoeneman allegedly sent photos of Buzbee’s family dog and home, along with videos of himself cursing at Buzbee. He even emailed Buzbee’s wife’s personal account, according to court documents.
