HOUSTON – Ground stops have been lifted at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport because of thunderstorms passing through the area.
The stop at Hobby was issued at 5:14 p.m., and the stop at Bush came roughly 15 minutes later at 5:30 p.m.

Both ground stops are scheduled to last until 6:30. The ground stop at Hobby was lifted shortly after 6 p.m., and Bush was changed from a ground delay shortly after 6:30 p.m.
