1 injured in shooting outside south Houston liquor store

Houston police are investigating after a shooting between two people outside a southeast Houston liquor store left one person injured Friday afternoon.
The call came in a little after noon at the CT Liquor on Almeda Genoa Road, according to HPD Command.
When officers arrived, they found one person hurt and a firearm at the scene.
Police are still searching for the other person involved, and the scene remains active as investigators work to determine what led up to the gunfire. No additional suspect description has been released.
