HOUSTON – A fire at a Greenspoint apartment complex damaged 12 units Thursday morning, according to the Houston Fire Department.
Crews were dispatched to the Canfield Apartments in the 13000 block of Northborough at 6:32 a.m. The fire was upgraded to a second alarm at 6:47 a.m.
Firefighters say the blaze was contained to one building at the complex. It is unclear how many of the units were occupied.
No injuries have been reported.
HFD said five families are receiving assistance from the American Red Cross.
