23-year-old arrested after calling police to confess to fatal shooting of teen at Cypress apartment complex
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 23-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday after police said he called and told them he had shot and killed a teenager.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the shooting happened in the 11300 block of Regency Green Drive around 7 p.m.
Deputies attempted life-saving measures on the teen to no avail.
Homicide detectives are working to determine what led to this deadly shooting.
