HOUSTON – A Houston woman who spent nearly $5,000 on a memorial for her mother says she can finally see the finished result after months of frustration — and a little help from 2 Helps You.
Patrina Marshall is a familiar face to 2 Helps You. When she first reached out, she had already paid for a ledger honoring her mother. According to Marshall, the original memorial arrived damaged. A replacement was ordered, but she says it never arrived.
That’s when 2 Helps You stepped in.
We spoke with Headstone World to find out what was happening with the replacement. At the time, the owner informed said a replacement would be placed in two weeks.
It took a bit longer, but today for the first time Ms. Marshall finally saw the memorial she designed in honor of her mother, “After a long wait it’s finally here. Again, it’s finally here again that’s right.”
Marshall thanked 2 Helps You for working on her behalf until the issue was resolved.
After getting her memorial, Marshall had some advice for other Houstonians who may one day find themselves navigating the process of purchasing a memorial for a loved one. Her message was simple: do your research and remember that you get what you pay for.
