HOUSTON – It looks as if Snapchat's new update is causing an uproar on social media.
Thousands of people complained about the app's latest update and said Snapchat is now confusing to use.
Snapchat went from having a 4-star rating to having a 2.5 star rating app in just a few days because of the update.
The negative reviews online are mostly about the update.
Some users are even talking about deleting the app and using Instagram Stories instead.
Check out some users reaction on Twitter:Â
yeah the new snapchat update really is as bad as everyone was saying.. the simplicity of snapchat was the only thing keeping me from fully switching to IG stories.. đŸ™„

While Snapchat haven't addressed the situation, everyone wants to know how to "undo" the update.

"I deleted the app. Redownloaded it, said I forgot my password, reset it, logged back in -- bam, old version lol," Ali Ramos wrote on Facebook.
