Texans sign corner Troy Pride to practice squad, release receiver Davion Davis Corner signed, receiver released

HOUSTON – The Texans signed former Carolina Panthers and Notre Dame corner Troy Pride to their practice squad.
They released former Sam Houston State wide receiver Davion Davis from the practice squad.
Pride, 25, is a 5-foot-11, 195-pound former Panthers fourth-round draft pick.
He has also played for the New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders.
He has 42 career tackles and two pass deflections.
Pride has run the 40-yard dash in 4.40 seconds.
