HOUSTON – South Carolina standout quarterback Spencer Rattler, the Senior Bowl all-star game Most Valuable Player, visited the Texans, per a league source.
The Oklahoma transfer has a 28-14 all-time win-loss record and passed for 10,807 career yards, 77 touchdowns and 32 interceptions.

Rattler has impressed at every stage of the NFL draft process, boosting his draft stock.
He was particularly impressive at the Senior Bowl.
He passed for 3,186 yards, 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions for the Gamecocks last season.
In his first season as the starter at Oklahoma, he led them to a 9-2 record and passed for 3,031 yards, 28 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He was 6-0 in 2021 before transferring, passing for 1,483 yards, 11 touchdowns and five interceptions.
For his career, Rattler has completed 68.5 percent of his throws, displaying accuracy, zip and good decision-making skills.
In an upset win over fifth-ranked Tennessee in 202, he passed for 438 yards and six touchdowns to break the school record for single-game touchdown passes.
