HOUSTON – University of Houston standout wide receiver Samuel Brown is entering the NCAA transfer portal, according to sources.
An honorable-mention All-Big 12 selection, Brown caught 62 passes for 815 yards and three touchdowns last season for the Coogs.

Brown (6-foot-2, 195 pounds) is from Savannah, Ga.
He originally transferred from West Virginia.. He played 624 snaps lined up wide and 70 snaps out of the slot. He led the team in catches, yards, yards per game and yards per catch.
Two seasons ago, he caught 41 passes for 471 yards and four touchdowns.
