“It’s all about representing Houston and H-Town, in all that we do,” Texans team president Greg Grissom said. “You’re right. Houston is a food town. People love to eat here. And we want to make sure that’s represented here at NRG Stadium. All the diversity of products that the entire city has, we want to make sure they have here on game day.
“We’re always looking to evolve. We’re always trying to get better and think about what’s important to our fans and representing Houston. With our partners at Aramark, it’s an every-year thing with over 80 new menu items. It’s an exciting time.”

The Texans and Aramark are responding to what customers are telling them they want to eat at football games.
Among Grissom’s favorites: Bang Bang chicken bites and General Tso’s waffle fries.
“My friends at Truth do it right,” Grissom said.
“Asian comes up a lot,” Aramark district manager Chris Devore said. “So, that’s why we really hit it a lot this year. We’re always going to the barbecue. Burgers are a big thing. We’ve got Trill Burger’s coming back full force this year.”
