HOUSTON – Former Indianapolis Colts cornerback Micah Abraham is working out for the Texans on Wednesday, per a league source.

Abraham is a former Colts sixth-round draft pick from Marshall University.

Abraham, 5-10, 185, is a two-time All-Sun Belt Conference selection. He finished his college career with 150 tackles, 12 interceptions and 55 passes defensed.

He worked out for the Denver Broncos this week, per a source.

Abraham has run the 40-yard dash in 4.44 seconds.

His father, Donnie Abraham, was a Pro Bowl cornerback.

The Texans reached injury settlements with rookie running back Jawhar Jordan, a sixth-round pick from Louisville recovering from an oblique injury, and undrafted rookie defensive lineman Pheldarius Payne, a former Virginia Tech standout dealing with a three-week hamstring injury, removing them from the injured reserve list, per league sources.
