Texans sign linebacker Shaun Bradley to the practice squad after releasing Zeke Turner

HOUSTON – The Texans signed former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Shaun Bradley to the practice squad one day after releasing linebacker Zeke Turner.

Bradley worked out for the Texans on Friday.

Bradley, 27, is a former Eagles sixth-round draft pick from Temple.

Bradley (6-1, 240) missed last season with a torn Achilles sustained in a preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens. He has played in 45 career games and has recorded 45 tackles, one for a loss with one career start. he has played 68 percent, 71 percent and 80 percent of the special-teams snaps for the Eagles between 2020 and 2022.

Turner is a former Arizona Cardinals all-rookie selection on special teams after going undrafted out of the University of Washington where he played defensive back.

Turner, 28, is a 6-foot-2, 214-pound Maryland native who played last season for the San Francisco 49ers.

He had 83 career tackles and one forced fumble.

He blocked a punt as a rookie against the San Francisco 49ers.
