Mason will undergo further testing to further assess the extent of the injury, but early indications, per league sources, are that he has avoided a serious injury.

The Texans have had to shuffle their offensive line throughout the season due to injuries.
They started the same offensive line configuration as last week against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium.
Pro Bowl left tackle Laremy Tunsil started next to left guard Tytus Howard, who shifted over from his natural right tackle spot last week against the Miami Dolphins, center Jarrett Patterson, Mason at right guard and rookie Blake Fisher made his second consecutive start at right tackle.
Fisher is a second-round draft pick from Notre Dame.
Fisher briefly left the game briefly to get checked out, but went back into the game.
The Texans suffered another pivotal injury in the first half as veteran nickel Jimmie Ward, the replacement for Jalen Pitre with the Stafford graduate out for the season with a torn pectoral that required surgery, left the game with a foot injury. He was carted off and is out for the game.
Ward avoided any structural damage or fractures to his foot and will undergo further imaging exams in the next few days, per a league source.
Myles Bryant, a former New England Patriots starter, becomes the third man up at nickel for the AFC South division winners.
To start the second half, starting outside cornerback Kamari Lassiter, a second-round pick from Georgia, shifted inside to the slot and Jeff Okudah replaced him as an outside corner.
