They signed wide receiver Jaxon Janke to their practice squad.

Deculus is a Cy-Fair graduate, the same high school that Texans owner Cal McNair graduated from.

A former Texans sixth-round draft pick from LSU, Deculus (6-foot-5, 321 pounds), was waived by the Texans in 2022 after time on and off the active roster and practice squad.

He was claimed off waivers by the New York Jets and then waived earlier this year before being signed to the Saints practice squad.

He has played in 12 career games with one start, all with the Texans.
