KATY, Texas – Investigators with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office are searching for the armed men involved in a bank robbery in Katy. At around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, deputies say they were called to the Wells Fargo Bank located on Highway 99 near Bay Hills in Katy about an armed robbery. According to detectives, four men entered the bank displaying handguns, then took off with an undisclosed amount of money. Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5,000 REWARD to any individual that can lead authorities to the apprehension and filing of charges on those who committed the aggravated bank robbery. MISSOURI CITY, Texas – Investigators are searching for a male suspect in a Missouri City bank robbery. Police officers arrived at the Wood Forest bank in the 9900 block of Highway 6 on Saturday around 2 p.m.Officers were told by bank employees that the bank had been robbed at gun point. According to employees, the suspect casually walked up to the bank teller window, removed the silver gun from his waistband and pointed it in the teller's direction. The suspect demanded money, received the money from the teller and walked out of the bank. Witnesses say the suspect was also wearing square sunglasses, a blue shirt, dark colored jeans and a pair of white tennis shoes.

HOUSTON – A man robbed a northwest Houston bank through its drive-thru window Thursday. The FBI said a man wearing a green sweater and blue hoodie robbed a drive-thru teller at a Bank of America in the 5200 block of North Shepherd at 8:30 a.m. He fled in a green Suburban. Officials did not release how much money was taken.

STAFFORD, Texas – A man held up a bank inside a Walmart store on Monday. Stafford police said the robbery happened at the First Convenience Bank inside the Walmart in the 11200 block of West Airport about 2 p.m.Detectives said the robber handed a note to one teller and told the teller to pass the note to a second teller. The man demanded cash, which both tellers handed over, investigators said. The man left the bank on foot and then got into a 2006 to 2008 green Chevrolet Uplander, police said. A physical description of the man was not released.

HOUSTON – Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with a bank robbery on Monday. FBI officials said a man held up the Amegy Bank in the 500 block of Kingwood Drive shortly after noon. Witnesses told investigators that the robber had a gun and aggressively demanded cash. Houston police went to the bank and their investigation led them to a nearby gas station, where they arrested two men and a woman. Investigators have not said what roles the second man and the woman played in the robbery.

HOUSTON – Three men were arrested in connection with a bank robbery in southwest Houston. Houston police said the men robbed the Wells Fargo Bank on Kirby near Bissonnet on Friday morning. Detectives said the men left the bank after getting an undisclosed amount of cash. The men were tracked down to the 3100 block of Burkett, investigators said. Police said they called for the SWAT team, but the men surrendered before it got to the home.

HOUSTON – A man robbed a Spring bank on Friday afternoon. FBI officials said a man walked into the Capital One Bank in the 1700 block of Louetta shortly before 1 p.m.Detectives said the man pointed a gun at a teller at close range and demanded cash. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber left in a vehicle, which was found a short distance away, investigators said. The robber was described as white and 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a blue suit, a yellow floppy hat, sunglasses and a blue bandanna over his face.

HOUSTON – The FBI is searching for a man it has dubbed the "bandaged bandit." Investigators believe the same man is responsible for two bank robberies in Houston. The most recent robbery was at the Wells Fargo Bank in the 11700 block of South Sam Houston Parkway about 2:50 p.m. Thursday. The man walked into the bank and handed the teller a threatening note demanding cash, officials said. Detectives said the man is also suspected of robbing a Comerica Bank in the 9900 block of Almeda Genoa on Aug. 29.

HOUSTON – A man dressed as a woman held up a bank inside a northwest Harris County grocery store on Wednesday afternoon, investigators said. FBI officials said a man wearing a wig and dress demanded cash from the First Convenience Bank inside the Kroger store on North Eldridge Parkway near West Little York about 2:30 p.m. After the robbery, the man fled in a car driven by a second person. Detectives have not said if that person was the robbery suspect or the getaway driver. A description of the second person involved has not been released.
