For Texas, brisket topped as the must-try food in the state, while the San Antonio Riverwalk was most loved by tourists. (KSAT)The Dallas Cowboys became the top sports team for Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas. Reggaeton artist Maluma became the top musician for Texans on YouTube.

Places like FireCraft BQQ, Corkscrew, Pinkerton’s and Tejas Chocolate+Barbecue were notably popular among Houstonians. After digging through all the comments, we created a map featuring the most recommended barbecue joints.
