LOS ANGELES (AP) Dwayne The Rock Johnson says he and his family tested positive for the coronavirus. Johnson announced their diagnosis in an 11-plus minute video on Instagram on Wednesday. He called the ordeal one of the most challenging and difficult things weve had ever to endure.The actor said he along with wife, Lauren Hashian, and two young daughters contracted the virus, but have now recovered. He says his daughters bounced back after having sore throats for a couple days. But for Johnson and his wife, he says they both had a rough go.

LOS ANGELES Three producers of The Ellen DeGeneres Show have exited amid allegations of a dysfunctional workplace that harbored misbehavior including sexual misconduct and racially insensitive remarks. Executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman and co-executive producer Jonathan Norman have parted ways with the long-running daytime series, a spokesperson for producer Warner Bros. said in a statement Monday. Most of the allegations were tied to executive producers and senior managers, including Glavin, Leman and Norman, BuzzFeed News said. DeGeneres informed staff of the shakeup Monday in a video conference call, according to Variety, which first reported the development. In a separate July statement, Warner Bros. said parent company WarnerMedia's investigation revealed what it called "some flaws in the shows daily management."

HOUSTON The Ellen DeGeneres Show is being investigated by parent company WarnerMedia, following several complaints of a toxic work environment, including reports of intimidation and racism, according to the Los Angeles Times. Variety first reported that a memo was sent last week to show staff from Telepictures Warner Bros. Television executives notifying them of the investigation. The investigation comes following multiple reports discussing the working conditions and staffers experience at the day-time show. "Both the late Tom Petty and his family firmly stand against racism and discrimination of any kind. Tom Petty would never want a song of his used for a campaign of hate. While the family said they stand for America and democracy, they believe President Donald Trump does not represent "noble ideals of either." CNN has reached out to the Trump campaign for comment.

(CNN) Actor Danny Masterson, best known for his role on "That '70s Show," was charged with three counts of rape, Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey announced Wednesday. Masterson is charged with forcibly raping three women in separate incidents occurring between 2001 and 2003, a press release from the District Attorney's Office said. The people who know Mr. Masterson know his character and know the allegations to be false." Authorities say Masterson, who is charged by his full name Daniel Peter Masterson, is accused of raping a 23-year-old woman between January and December 2001. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit," Masterson's statement said in the 2017 statement.

HOUSTON – Selena Quintanilla-Pérez will be remembered forever at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo after the rodeo announced they will induct the slain star in the Star Trail of Fame. Feb. 26 was the 25th anniversary of Selena’s last concert, which was at the rodeo. The planned induction is scheduled for Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at NRG center’s second floor outside the rodeo offices, coinciding with RodeoHouston’s Go Tejano Day. Selena will be the ninth star honored with a plaque to commemorate her years of music at the rodeo, including her three performances inside Reliant Astrodome.
