The crash resulted in thousands of dollars in damage but Constable Mark Herman says this is Ginger Williams’ fifth DWI and actually just completed her probation period for her fourth DWI.

Investigators say the woman hit three parked patrol vehicles while she was driving with a passenger. After she was hospitalized, constable deputies discovered she had previous DWI convictions and booked her into the Harris County jail after she was medically cleared.
