HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man was arrested and charged Friday in the shooting death of another man at a residence in northwest Houston, officials said. Harris County Precinct 1 constables responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 7300 block of Alabonson Road at approximately 9 p.m. Thursday.
