Houston attorney Tony Buzbee is calling for the Austin Police Department to reopen the investigation into the death of Brianna Aguilera, a Texas A&M student who fell to her death from an apartment complex after attending a tailgate for the A&M-Texas rivalry football game.

The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office said it happened at the Windsong Village Apartments in the 2900 block of Hirschfield Road.

Keian Alexander Cormier, already in custody for a fentanyl-related murder, has been charged with a second murder in Montgomery County.
