The city’s Cultural Arts Commission has determined the top 10 proposals for residents to vote on. When voting, residents are asked to consider the following principals for what constitutes a good flag, according to the City of Galveston:Keep It Simple. The flag should be so simple that a child can draw it from memory. Limit the number of colors on the flag to three which contrast well and come from the standard color set.
