Fort Bend county sheriff's deputies said Michael Warren, 58, shot his girlfriend, Sylvia Casares, at a home in the Foster Creek subdivision between Richmond and Fulshear on Monday. Casares, who owns Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen, underwent surgery and is expected to recover. Warren fled the scene after the shooting, but he was captured at a Rosenberg motel on Thursday. Warren is in the Fort Bend County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
