New research shows Generation Z is on track to become the most sober generation, with young adults increasingly choosing to abstain from alcohol.

Oxford University Press has named “rizz″ as its word of the year to highlight the popularity of a term used by Generation Z to describe someone’s ability to attract or seduce another person.

Generation Z was born between 1995 and 2012, which puts some of them in their early twenties, and these young adults have taken the workplace by storm.
