She was employed at the Cypress Kolache Factory as a manager from May 26, 2016, through Oct. 4, 2019. According to court documents, the theft happened around July 1, 2016, and continued through Oct. 4, 2020. The owner of the Kolache Factory said the total value of the property appropriated was at least $30,000 and less than $150,000, according to court documents.
