Many are seeing a huge increase in need but a decrease in donations, putting many charities in a really tough spot, especially this time of year. Whataburger and the Houston Texans raised more than $140,000 for the Houston Food Bank. Catholic Charities is seeing a drop in donations but a huge increase in need as well.
