According to a spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Wright was officially released from custody at 9:30 a.m. A supervisor at the Gatesville, Texas prison confirmed to KPRC 2 that Wright had left the facility. She arrived at a home in Harris County early Wednesday afternoon and had little to say to the media that was outside the home.
