According to an intake disposition report from an incident on Monday, the prosecutors were examining the offense as a “terrorisric threat,” which is how it was written in the report. '”Bob Fine went to the bank the next morning and was told that the Social Security Administration had reclaimed their money. The Fines said the problem is still not corrected and they haven’t received one of Bob’s Social Security checks since. “I’m a firm believer in that.”“Somebody with a name similar to mine and a Social Security number typo,” Bob said. Not only have Bob Fine’s Social Security checks stopped coming in, but his Medicare policy has also been canceled because of his “death.” Now he has no health insurance.

"We are not going to allow what they have done in a limited, secret capacity to prevent us from doing what we need to do to get answers for the family," Bland family attorney Cannon Lambert said Monday night. There are other indictments the grand jury is considering, but the county would not go into detail. Bland was found dead in a Waller County Jail cell on July 13, three days after she was arrested during a traffic stop. Waller County prosecutors said the medical examiner found no injuries consistent with struggle.
