Lyle had been on the Sheriff Department's Top Ten Most Wanted list since February for violation of probation for DWI with a child under 15-years old. According to investigators, Lyle admitted that he knew he was on the most wanted list but did not want to turn himself in. He is currently in the Liberty County jail. Anyone having knowledge of Michael Ferguson's whereabouts or any other member of the Top Ten Most Wanted group is ask to call the Liberty County Sheriff's Department.
