A search warrant obtained by KPRC 2 is revealing new details in case of a former Lone Star College-Tomball official charged with the murder of his infant son.

Emmitt Eugene Carter, an Assistant Dean at Lone Star College-Tomball, has been charged with Injury to a Child following the death of his six-month-old son on July 8, 2023.
